Before you rent a car with us, please take note of these important terms and conditions to ensure a smooth experience:
✅ Rental Period: All rentals are based on 24-hour periods. Please kindly return the vehicle early if possible to help us prepare for the next customer.
✅ Fuel Policy: Fuel is excluded from the rental price. Please refill the tank to the same level as when you received it. We kindly ask you to fill up a little bit extra before drop-off as a courtesy.
✅ Child Seat: Available for rent at a flat rate of 300 THB per rental (per time). Please let us know in advance if you require one.
✅ Pickup and Drop-off Service:
- Free within 7 km to our office.
- Kantiang, Lanta Old Town, Saladan Pier: 300 THB per way. Please arrange your pickup or drop-off time in advance.
✅ Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 – 9,000 THB is required, depending on the car type. This is excluded from the rental price and should be prepared when you pick up the car. Alternatively, if you don’t have enough cash on hand, you may leave your original passport as a deposit.
✅ No Credit Card Requirement: We do not require a credit card hold. Payment is made in advance, making the process simple and stress-free.
✅ Car Usage Area: Please note that car rentals must be used on Koh Lanta island only. If you wish to take the car to the mainland, you must request permission in advance, and an extra fee will apply.
✅ Renter Responsibility (No Insurance Provided): We do not provide insurance coverage of any kind with our rentals. The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damage, loss, theft, or third-party liability that may occur. We strongly recommend arranging your own travel or personal insurance that covers vehicle rental before your trip.
✅ Driver Requirements: Please bring your valid driving license and passport when you collect the car.
